Miramar is a city located in Broward County in the US state of Florida. In the 2010 Census it had a population of 122,041 inhabitants and a population density of 1,505.87 people per km².2.

Spirit Airlines moved to Miramar from Eastpointe, Michigan in November 1999. JL Audio and Arise Virtual Solutions are also headquartered in Miramar. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design in Miramar houses the local office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Miami and an office of the General Services Administration (GSA); named after two FBI agents who died at the Miami Miami Shootout FBI, it is a 330,000 square foot (31,000 m2) Leadership Facility in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) located on a 20-acre site (8.1 he has). The FBI field office, previously in North Miami Beach, moved to Miramar on December 8, 2014. The building was dedicated on April 10, 2015.
